Do you provide tracking numbers when shipping?
Yes all orders come with tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking info via email once we have shipped your order.
Do you offer returns?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email email@example.com we will investigate further and offer returns within 10 days of delivery for an online credit with no expiry. Proof of purchase will need to be provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). We recommend keeping your tracking details as SEVEN HEAVEN are not liable for returns lost in transit. We do NOT accept change of mind returns so please be certain of your purchase before checking out.
